Event Description
You are invited to the Save Muny Summer Social on Saturday, June 24th. The party will take place at Lions Municipal Golf Course from 5-8pm following the sold out Forever Green Golf Tournament. Guests will enjoy live music, food, drinks, a silent auction, and more!
Who: Friends and Supporters of Save Muny, the campaign to save Lions Municipal Golf Course in Austin, Texas.
What: 4 Person Scramble followed by a party featuring live music, food, drink, a silent auction, and more!

Where: Lions Municipal Golf Course
Why: The city of Austin's land lease from the University of Texas expires in May of 2019. Through events like Forever Green, the Austin community is coming together to send a message that saving this historic green space from development is the 'highest and best use' of the land.
