You are invited to the 2019 Forever Green Tournament & Party benefitting Save Muny on April 20th!
Who: Friends and Supporters of Save Muny, the campaign to save Lions Municipal Golf Course in Austin, Texas.
What: 4 Person Scramble followed by a party featuring live music, food, drink, a silent auction, and more!
When: Saturday, April 20, 2019, 1pm shotgun start, 5:30-8pm party!
Where: Lions Municipal Golf Course
Why: The future of historic Lions Municipal Gold Course is still uncertain. Through events like Forever Green, the Austin community is coming together to send a message that saving this historic green space from development is the 'highest and best use' of the land.
Event proceeds benefit the Save Muny organization, a non-profit formed to actively engage the University of Texas Regents, city of Austin officials and concerned citizens to help facilitate a solution everyone can be proud of. Once green space like Lions Golf Course is gone, it is gone forever. We want "Forever Green" not forever gone.
Tickets to the Forever Green party include BBQ dinner, cocktails, beer, live music, silent auction, and more!
